**1. What is your policy on refunds for floral gifts?** You have a window of up to two business days after your selected delivery date to request a refund or reshipment for your floral gifts. To qualify for a refund, please make your request within this period, regardless of whether your order was delivered incorrectly or not at all.

 **2. What if I miss the refund request deadline?** If the timeframe for requesting a refund has passed, we're happy to arrange a reshipment of a fresh bouquet on our next available delivery date or a later date (within 30 days). Just a reminder that reshipments can only be scheduled Tuesday through Friday due to our shipping partner's limitations.

**4. What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the bouquet I received?** We strive for the highest quality and freshness in our flowers! **5. What if my order arrives later than expected?** In the event that your order is delivered a day late, we kindly ask that you take a photo of the bouquet and send it to info@gllowco.com. This will allow us to evaluate the condition of the flowers and take appropriate action. Often, flowers still arrive in excellent shape due to the water we provide. If your flowers are delayed beyond one day due to shipping issues, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

**6. When will my order be shipped?** All flower orders are shipped overnight to ensure freshness. You will receive tracking details the evening before your scheduled delivery date, typically after 6 PM.

 **9. Important Note on Ethylene Gas:** To prolong the freshness of your bouquet, keep it away from ripening fruits and other flowers, as these can release ethylene gas that may cause wilting.
